Does Exercise Have to be Boring?

Sometimes. No always. And I always feel better afterward.

How about you? Do you have the same attitude? Is it hard to get it done? Does exercise have to be boring or do you have ways of making it interesting?

  1. I had my husband make me a treadmill desk. He just took a sheet of aluminum, cut it to fit and created a slight lip so my laptop wouldn't slip off. Now I'm spending a lot more time on my treadmill. It's so much easier to just set it on low while I check my Twitter feed or my E-mail messages and the time flies by so much faster. I did 45 minutes today, which is probably more than I did all last month!

  2. If I decide to stay up at night and watch a movie. I make a deal with myself that I have to do a work out routine while I watch. THen i don't feel guilty or lazy. This also keeps me from those late night munchies.
